Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for:

• Inventory
• Timely dispatch
• Customer support
• Warranty obligations
• Tax compliance

Restricted Products

Sellers shall not list:

• Illegal products
• Counterfeit goods
• Expired products
• Hazardous materials (unless legally permitted)
• Prohibited weapons
• Adult illegal content
• Stolen goods

Commission

Mergoshop may charge:

• Marketplace commission
• Transaction fee
• Payment gateway charges
• Shipping service charges
• Advertising charges (optional)

Applicable fees will be communicated separately.

Order Fulfillment

Sellers must:

• Pack products securely
• Dispatch within specified timelines
• Update tracking promptly

Seller Suspension

Seller accounts may be suspended for:

• Fraud
• Counterfeit products
• High cancellation rates
• Poor customer ratings
• Policy violations
• Legal complaints
